Michael James Lyons

Michael Lyons is the founder of [Y] Impact Ventures, an impact investment and advisory firm focused on social good through housing initiatives. In addition to leading [Y] Impact Ventures, Lyons serves as a special consultant for Julius Capital, focusing on real estate and intentional community design. Lyons is a strategic advisor for the Lumen Institute, a non-profit that trains Christian leaders, and has founded GlobalPetals, an online brokerage in the luxury floral market. Previously, Lyons held significant roles at ANNUITAS, where contributions to digital demand transformation resulted in substantial sales growth for clients. Additionally, Lyons has a strong background in growth marketing and management consulting across various industries, anchored by a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
