Cathy Seeber

Cathy Seeber, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various industries, including law, biotechnology, safety consulting, engineering, and healthcare. Currently serving as HR Manager at Globalstar since March 2024, Cathy previously held similar roles at Degan, Blanchard & Nash, Opexa Therapeutics, and ICU Environmental Health and Safety. In each position, Cathy successfully directed HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and performance management. With a strong foundation in formulating HR policies and procedures and enhancing employee engagement, Cathy has contributed to improving employee morale and reducing turnover rates in multiple organizations. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
