Kaustubh R. has work experience as a Contract QA engineer at GlobalStep starting from February 2023. Prior to this, they were self-employed as the owner of their own business from April 2018 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at eClerx from March 2015 to March 2017.

Kaustubh R. attended Muktangan English School from 1996 to 2006 and obtained a SSC degree. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a PG degree in Finance, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
