Namita Shelar has a diverse work experience in sales and lead generation roles. Namita started their career as a Business Development Executive at InnoServ Digital in 2015. Later, they worked as a Lead Generation and Sales Associate at I Knowledge Factory (IKF), where they conducted market research, generated leads, and managed prospect relationships.

In 2017, Namita joined Rahi Systems as an Associate Demand Generation, where they made outbound calls to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts. Namita also served as an Inside Sales Lead, routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.

Currently, Namita works as a Senior Executive Inside Sales at GlobalStep, a digital quality engineering company. Their role involves targeting start-up and semi start-up companies to provide them with end-to-end digital quality engineering services and help advance their products globally using localization services, gamification UX features, Agile practices, and cross-platform development methodologies.
