Jenny Jordan

People Lead at GWI

Jenny Jordan's work experience begins in 2003 as a Holiday Representative at TUI, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Human Resources Administrator at Madame Tussauds. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they worked as an HR Officer at Kerry Foods and completed their graduate program. From 2009 to 2015, they served as a People and Development Advisor at Barton Willmore. Jenny then joined WWF-UK, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2015 to 2018 before transitioning to the role of Learning and Development Manager from 2019 to 2019. In 2019, Jenny returned to Barton Willmore as a People and Development Manager on a maternity cover position until 2020. Most recently, starting in 2020, they worked at Ambitious about Autism, first as a People and Learning and Development Business Partner and then as the Deputy Head of People until 2023. Currently, they work as a People Lead at GWI.

Jenny Jordan's education history is as follows:

- In 2021, they received an Insights Discovery Accreditation from Insights Discovery.

- From 2019 to 2020, they obtained an ILM Train the Trainer Certificate with a focus on facilitating stress management workshops from Stress Management Society.
