Guadalupe Grando

Guadalupe Grando is an experienced professional in talent engagement and communication, having served as a Senior Global Talent Engagement Analyst at Globant from July 2019 to September 2021. In this role, Guadalupe contributed to the Recruiting Marketing team by developing strategies to attract talent across more than 30 countries and led the global referral program, expanding it to new territories. Previously, Guadalupe held the position of Talent Engagement Analyst in Argentina, focusing on communication strategies for local recruiting and managing the local referral program. Guadalupe's earlier experience includes working in redaction and communication at Ahora Mamá S.A. Guadalupe holds a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Comunicación from UADE and a Bachillerato from Instituto Hans Christian Andersen.
