Currently, as the Director of Design Strategy & Innovation at Globant, Karen helps Fortune 500 clients modernize and innovate their practices. They have also held key roles at Morgan Stanley and Citi, focusing on customer experience and emerging technology strategies. Karen is an adjunct professor at Parsons School of Design and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Harvard University.
