Luciano Longoni

Luciano Longoni is an experienced executive in project delivery and management, currently serving as Vice President of Delivery at Globant since February 2013. In this role, Luciano manages a portfolio of over 30 accounts, generating annual revenues of 60 million USD, and leads project delivery for key financial institutions and Fintechs. Previous positions include Senior Engagement Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on the BFSI sector and European banking. Luciano served as PMO Director at Estudio Nemo, overseeing a software factory and its projects, and co-founded elmetre.com. Earlier career experience includes working as a Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager at Neoris, where Luciano led significant e-retail initiatives. Luciano holds an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering and a System Analyst Degree from Universidad Abierta Interamericana.
