Maithili Choudhary is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and People Business Partnering across various regions including APAC, MENA, and Europe. Currently serving as People Manager-Head APAC for Globant since July 2019, Maithili specializes in conceptualizing and implementing strategies for Talent Development and Employee Engagement. Previous roles include Director of Global HR at Sapience Analytics, Practice Specialist at HCL Technologies, and Global Head of Organization Development at Geometric Ltd. Maithili holds an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master’s in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
