Monica Jiman

Monica JIMAN is an accomplished professional currently serving as TDC Director for Europe and the Middle East at Globant since January 2024. As a business angel and member of WIT Angels Club since October 2022, Monica actively contributes to entrepreneurial ventures. In addition, Monica holds several significant roles at Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, including member of the Economic and Social Council and President of the Regional Strategic Orientation Council for Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, Monica excelled as Senior Partner and Chief Customer Success Officer for Europe and Asia at Pentalog, where responsibilities included operational management and leading complex cross-regional initiatives. Monica's leadership also extended to the OIF as President of the Francophone Women Entrepreneurs Network from 2017 to 2019. Monica JIMAN's strong educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics and Marketing from Université d'Orléans and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Trading from Transilvania University of Brasov.
