Nicolás Pablo Kaplún

Mr. Kaplun runs and oversees all aspects of the Latin America operation, including the business development strategy, team building and management and overall client relationship. He joined Globant from Accenture, where he served as Managing Director in the Financial Services Division, leading Sales for the Hispanic South America Region. Prior to that, Nicolas held executive roles at world-class companies like Citibank, Zurich, Telefónica and Korn/Ferry International.

With extended studies in business and finance, Nicolas has spent his entire career developing business opportunities for companies throughout the region. Mr. Kaplun holds postgraduate studies in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano.
