Romina M.

Romina M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and cultural transformation across various industries. Currently serving as a Cultural Hacking Manager at Globant since August 2024, Romina previously held the role of Director at Olivia, where leadership focused on strategic project management related to cultural change. Between April 2022 and May 2023, Romina operated as an Independent Change Partner, providing strategic consultancy in change management and people-centric policies. Prior to that, Romina dedicated eight years at BDO Argentina in several leadership roles, including Change Management Manager and Director of Change Management, spearheading cultural transformation projects and agile change solutions. Romina’s career also encompasses consultancy in organizational management and human resources, initiated with positions at Nacion AFJP and Skanska. Educationally, Romina holds a Licentiate degree in Sociology from the University of Buenos Aires.
