Natacha Clavell (she/her)

Natacha Clavell has a range of experience in research and analysis roles. Natacha is currently working as a Senior Associate Director at APCO Worldwide's research division, APCO Insight, where they provide strategic business counsel to various industries and designs research methodologies to address their pressing issues and identify opportunities. Prior to this, Natacha worked as an Associate Director at APCO Worldwide.

Before joining APCO Worldwide, Natacha served as a Market Research Consultant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they executed primary research projects, provided consulting services to executive-level clients, and delivered presentations on customer-centric strategies. Natacha also held the position of Senior Analyst at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, managing research studies and overseeing qualitative and quantitative research aimed at setting customer-centric strategies.

Earlier in their career, Natacha worked as an Associate at Marwood Group, analyzing legislative, regulatory, and reimbursement issues in the healthcare industry. Natacha also served as a Senior Research Analyst at NORC at the University of Chicago, conducting research and providing technical assistance to federal health agencies. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Associate at The Center for Prisoner Health and Human Rights and as a Communications Research Intern at Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless.

Natacha Clavell (she/her) obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Health from Brown University. In December 2020, they also obtained a certification in Impactful Presentations from IDEO U.
