Teodora Avram

Teodora Avram is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a focus on Eastern Europe and Africa, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Globant since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Lead for Morocco and Talent Growth Specialist at Pentalog from April 2021 to May 2024. Teodora's earlier work at InCrys from November 2015 to April 2021 encompassed positions as IT Recruiter and People Partner, IT Sourcer, and Sourcing Intern.
