Karen Kral, MBA, is a seasoned professional in business analysis and software development, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and QA Testing lead at Globe Life since July 2022. In this role, Karen supports Salesforce integration and data mapping, while also driving requirement analysis and design refinement. With a strong background in technical consulting, project management, and systems engineering, past positions include leading applications development at Salesforce and Acumen Solutions, advocating for veterans at the Senior Veterans Administration Services of Ohio, and engineering software solutions at Progressive Insurance and other tech companies.
