Matt Gildon

Matt Gildon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data governance and IT business relationship management. Currently serving as the Director of Data Governance at Globe Life since July 2015, Matt oversees policies that ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements regarding data usage. Prior roles include Director of IT Business Relationship Management at Globe Life, Project Manager at Southwest Airlines, and various positions at Cisco, Gartner, Accenture, and Arthur Andersen, where Matt developed expertise in aligning business strategies with IT solutions and managing substantial budgets. Matt holds a Master of Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown.
