Wendy Spence is a seasoned implementation and project manager with over 17 years of experience in the benefits and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Group Implementation Manager at Globe Life since July 2024, Wendy is responsible for process creation and improvement for new program integration, collaborating effectively with IT and various teams. Prior to this, Wendy held several roles at AXIM Fringe Solutions Group, LLC, including Implementation Manager, where responsibilities included leading implementation efforts, ensuring best practices, and enhancing client satisfaction. Wendy has also worked with Brown & Brown Insurance in various client account roles, and prior to that, contributed to staff training and quality auditing at multiple organizations, consistently demonstrating a commitment to operational efficiency and process improvement throughout a diverse career.
