Crisela Magpayo-Cervantes

Crisela Magpayo-Cervantes has a diverse work experience in the media and marketing industry. Crisela is currently serving as the VP Head of Media and Marketing Communications at Globe Telecom since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mindshare for several years, first as a Partner from February 2013 to April 2019, and then as a Principal Partner from May 2019 to December 2021. Before their time at Mindshare, Crisela held the position of Regional Business Director at Artefact from January 2010 to January 2013. Crisela also worked at ABS-CBN Corporation as the Head of Customer Marketing for ABS-CBN Interactive from February 2009 to December 2010. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Digital Practice at Mindshare from February 2008 to January 2009. Crisela gained experience at Ogilvy & Mather, where they started as an Account Manager in January 2002 and was later promoted to Account Director in June 2004, holding this role until January 2008.

Crisela Magpayo-Cervantes completed an Accelerated General Management Program in Business Administration and Management at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2023. In 2010 and 2011, they obtained a Masters degree in Management specializing in Digital Marketing from IE Business School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Marketing Foundations and Strategist certifications from The Trade Desk, as well as a Ignite - Harvard Manage Mentor certification from Harvard Business School Online.
