Mharielle Lugatiman

Mharielle Lugatiman currently serves as a Change Management Analyst at Globe Group, focusing on identifying and managing change impacts across various projects, along with executing change management plans. With extensive experience in business readiness, Mharielle has held positions such as Business Readiness Manager at Vertere Global Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included closing Change/Business Impact Assessments and conducting user training.
