Raymond Martin Aguilar

Raymond Martin Aguilar has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Raymond Martin currently holds the position of Vice President - Enterprise Risk and Corporate Property Management at Globe Group. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Property Management, as well as the Senior Director of Corporate Property Management within the same company. Raymond has also held various leadership positions, including Head of Operational Risk Management and Business Protection, OIC-Head of Corporate and Technical Infrastructure Management, and Director of Workplace Management at The Globe Tower. Raymond Martin was also the Head of Safety, Environment & Infrastructure Hazard Management.

Aside from their tenure at Globe Group, Raymond has worked as a Certified E-OSH Trainer at the International Training Center of ILO and as a Certified EMS Auditor/Lead Auditor at IRCA. Raymond Martin also served as a Training & Development Consultant at the Employers Confederation of the Philippines. Additionally, Raymond has experience as a Distributor/Executive at Nu Skin Enterprises and as a Design Engineer at E.H. Sison Engineers, Co. Furthermore, they hold certifications as a Business Continuity Certified Planner from the Business Continuity Management Institute and as an E-OSH Trainer from the International Training Center of ILO.

Raymond Martin Aguilar attended De La Salle University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained certifications in sustainability from LinkedIn, including "Sustainability 101: Sustainability for a Globe of Good," "Sustainability for Design, Construction, and Manufacturing," and "The Employee's Guide to Sustainability."
