Belinda Woods

Belinda Woods has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Belinda started as a Senior HR Advisor at Gold Road Resources in 2017 and later worked as the Manager People - Sunrise at Clean TeQ Limited. Belinda also held positions as an HR Business Partner at RAC WA and as a Senior Consultant at WCA Solutions, People Start, and Woods Consulting. In 2019, Belinda became the Culture & Talent Manager at INX Software and later took on the role of HR & Training Specialist at Luerssen Australia. Belinda then worked as a Human Resources Manager at FBR before joining Allkem Limited as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. Belinda is currently the Head of People at Globe 24-7, where they continue to utilize their expertise in the field.

Belinda Woods holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University. Belinda also obtained a Certificate III in Investigative Services from the Australian School of Security & Investigations, and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessing from the Central Institute of Technology. In 2021, Belinda completed a course in the Hay Guide Chart-Profile Method Job Evaluation from Korn Ferry.
