Stéphanie Diamand

Stephanie Diamand currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Globecast, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice across multiple jurisdictions, supervising litigation, managing corporate matters and compliance initiatives, and coordinating an in-house legal team. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Sourcing Legal Manager at Orange from 2016 to March 2021, leading legal counsel for procurement activities. Earlier experience at Orange also includes a Senior Legal Counsel position focused on negotiating corporate sourcing contracts and supporting global strategies with major tech players. Stephanie's legal career began as an Internal Auditor and Legal Counsel specializing in competition and telecom regulations, providing advice and managing relationships with regulatory authorities. Stephanie holds a Master II in Commercial Law from Université Paris Cité, obtained in 1998.
