Andreas Strandbygaard

Andreas Strandbygaard currently serves as the Managing Director at Globeteam, overseeing Danish operations and a team of approximately 180 consultants and advisors specializing in risk and security, management consulting, cloud and infrastructure, development, business applications, and managed services. Prior experience includes a role as Principal at Netcompany, leading the Digital Enablement Center of Excellence with 150 business consultants across four countries. In a previous position as Senior Manager at Accenture, Andreas Strandbygaard focused on large-scale transformations within the Nordic region, particularly in agility, change management, and organizational design. Additional roles include co-ownership of HRDIAMANTEN ApS, Head of Department at PBJ A/S, and earlier positions involving consulting and project management in various organizations. Andreas Strandbygaard holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and has military training as a 1st Lieutenant.
