Lilit Badalyan

Lilit Badalyan, with certifications including CAMS and ICA Cert AML in FinTech, Crypto, and Forex, has extensive experience in risk and compliance management within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at Globiance since January 2022, Lilit has previously held key compliance roles at Red Acre Ltd and Zenith Finance, ensuring adherence to AML/Fund Terrorism regulations and conducting due diligence for client onboarding. Lilit's career includes significant positions at HSBC, where responsibilities encompassed credit services legal processing, regulatory reporting, and operational compliance. Lilit started the career at VTB Bank Armenia, specializing in anti-money laundering efforts. Lilit holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Yerevan State University.
