Jennifer Ho

Head of Customer Success at Globick

Jennifer Ho has been working in the professional world since 2001. Her first job was as a Senior Customer Support Executive at Pyramid Learning Inc. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Hong Kong Baptist University, holding the roles of Assistant Manager (Alumni Affairs) and Assistant Programme Manager. Jennifer then moved to City University of Hong Kong, where they were an Executive Officer from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined AiBarcelona as an Event and Marketing Manager. Most recently, they have been the Head of Customer Success and Head of Operations at Globick since 2018.

Jennifer Ho has a diverse educational background. Jennifer completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Spanish Studies from Universitat de Barcelona in 2016, a Master of Arts in English for Specific Purposes from City University of Hong Kong in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from The University of Hong Kong in 2001. Her field of study included Spanish and Iberian Studies, Professional Communication, and English, and Comparative Literature respectively.
