Pål Torgersen

Pål Torgersen has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they became the Director of Customer Success at Globus.ai, a cloud-based, human-centric software. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Product Manager at SYNQ.fm, a company that strives to create the most affordable and streamlined solution to transfer video content and related information. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Medius, a software solution provider. In 2011, they were the Co-founder and business developer of Transisto, a project initiated by a group of students at the university of Oslo. Also in 2011, they were the Chief Operating Officer (Entrepreneur in Residence) at Cachecast, a network solution start-up. In 2011, they were an intern at Testmasters, a company that offers test preperations for standardized exams in the US. In 2010, they were the Technical Coordinator at Fujitsu Global and they were also doing R&D at SINTEF.

Pål Torgersen obtained a Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University between 2007 and 2010. Pål then pursued an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo (UiO) between 2010 and 2012. During 2011, they also attended Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2017, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
