Tatiana Terekhina (Shapiro)

Tatiana Terekhina (Shapiro) has over 14 years of work experience in Human Resources. Tatiana began their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Department Assistant at JTI Petro. From 2006 to 2009 they worked as an HR Manager at Atlant-M and Sm-24. In 2010, they were appointed Deputy General Manager of HR at The Riki Group, smeshariki. From 2011 to 2017, Tatiana worked as a Chief HR Officer at Rosbank, where they were responsible for recruitment in Saint-Petersburg Branch, staff adaptation program and annual evaluation program. In 2017, they became an HR Lead and IT Recruiter at Soshace. Tatiana currently works as a Director of HR and HR Manager at Globus.ai, where they are responsible for hiring in Norway.

Tatiana Terekhina (Shapiro) completed their Specialist degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Petersburg State University in 2006. In 2005, they studied Economics at the University of Potsdam. In April 2021, Tatiana obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn.
