Jakub Votruba

Jakub Votruba serves as the Head of CRM at Globus ČR, k.s. since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing external suppliers, overseeing budget management, and providing strategic direction for the loyalty program. Jakub has experience leading the CRM team, implementing a new CRM system, and making strategic decisions regarding the future of the loyalty program. Prior to this role, Jakub was a Tech Specialist at TETA drogerie from January 2010 to June 2014, focusing on store remodeling support, layout adjustments, component calculations, and training new colleagues in Excel. Jakub holds a Maturita degree in Digital and Telecommunications Technology from SPSŠT Panská, completed in 2009.
