Parag Thakar

Parag Thakar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the International Accounting Manager at Globus Medical since April 2024, Parag previously held the role of Senior Accountant in Global Business Services at LifeScan, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting activities and collaborating with the global finance organization. Prior experience includes being the Sr. International Accountant at CTDI, where consolidation of international financial results and balance sheet reconciliations were key tasks, and serving as Sr. Accountant at Cytel, managing accounts receivable and payable, cash management, and month-end closures. Parag began a career in finance as Manager-Accounts & Admin at Cytel Statistical Software & Services, and holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from ICFAI University along with a B.Com in Accounting and Business/Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
