Teasha K. has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. Teasha is currently working as the Director of Corporate Quality Operations & Global Support at Globus Medical since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of QA Operations at the company from January 2020 to October 2022. Teasha also worked as the Quality Assurance Operations Manager at Globus Medical from January 2017 to January 2020, where they were responsible for managing quality operations, QC technicians, and various quality management tasks. Before joining Globus Medical, they served as the Quality Control Manager and Supervisor at a Biomaterials and Manufacturing company from 2009 to 2017, where they managed QC technicians, implemented new manufacturing processes, conducted investigations, and maintained the QC lab. Teasha also worked as a Microbiologist at Tengion from 2008 to 2009 and as a Quality Control Microbiologist at MedImmune from 2007 to 2008.

Teasha K. attended the Tenet School of Clinical Laboratory Science and Medicine from 2004 to 2005, where they focused on Medical Technology. Teasha then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology, General at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
