Adam Zoia

Founder & Chairman at Glocap

Adam founded Glocap in 1997 and has been engaged in investment professional recruiting ever since both on the private equity and hedge fund sides of Glocap's business. He serves as the firm's Chairman & Founder. Adam is a frequent speaker at conferences around the country and is the co-editor-in-chief of the annual Private Equity Compensation Report as well as the Hedge Fund Compensation Report (published with Hedge Fund Research). Adam started his career as an academic having taught at Harvard College for three years as a Teaching Fellow in Economics. Adam has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School with a concentration in finance (summa cum laude; Joseph Wharton Scholar), a B.A. in History from The University of Pennsylvania (summa cum laude; Benjamin Franklin Scholar), an Honours B.A. in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Oxford University Balliol College (graduated with a first on all papers) and a JD from Harvard Law School (magna cum laude). Adam lives in NYC with his wife and three children, is a member of YPO (Metro Chapter), is an avid triathlete and marathoner and has completed two Ironman Triathlons. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Stella.ai Inc.(www.stella.ai) a Silicon Valley-based artificial intelligence recruiting platform and talent marketplace. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of CompIQ, Inc, is a New York based enterprise software company that provides employee-by-employee, customized compensation bench-marking data to help clients make competitive compensation strategy decisions.
