Alexander Drummond has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role at Glo as Director of Partnerships. Prior to that, they served as Chief of Staff at Lustre for a few months in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Staqq, a company that offered payment solutions and enabled businesses to accept cryptocurrency.
Before their time at Staqq, Alexander worked as a Strategy Consultant, helping companies with growth, marketing, and sales strategies, as well as financing requirements. Alexander was self-employed during this period from 2016 to 2018.
In 2015, Alexander co-founded Aerostrat, an airline maintenance software firm where they served as the Chief Sales Officer and played a key role in growing the business.
From 2009 to 2016, Alexander worked as a Web Collaboration Network Analyst at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, specializing in front-end development and system administration.
In 2012, they founded StudyCloud, a learning management platform that was later acquired by Avant Credit. Additionally, Alexander founded and served as the President of the Quincy Fiber Initiative and also held the position of President and Co-Chairman at the LSE Alternative Investments Conference from 2010 to 2014.
Lastly, they worked as a Campaign Manager for McNay, Bailey and Ali for School Board in 2013, handling the campaign's management.
Alexander Drummond 𝜪xp pursued their education in a chronological order. Alexander completed their high school education from 2006 to 2008 at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Chicago in 2009 and continued their studies until 2010, focusing on economics. Subsequently, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 until 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor’s Degree in Economic History.
