Francesca Kielesz

Francesca Kielesz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Since 2021, they have been working at Glofox, initially as a Senior HR Business Partner, then as the Head of People & Talent Acquisition, and currently as the Global People Ops Manager, EMEA & APAC Lead & Business Partner. In 2022, they joined Bloom Sports Partners as a Strategic People, Culture & Diversity Advisor. Prior to that, they held the same position at Sportsology from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Director of Culture Solutions and HR Director at Sportsology. In 2017, Francesca worked at Catapult Sports as the Global Program Manager-Talent Acquisition and Interim HR Business Partner. Francesca was responsible for managing the entire EMEA region, including payroll, performance management, onboarding, hiring, and coaching. Prior to Symatrix, they worked at The Test People – Centre4 Testing from 2014 to 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, responsible for recruitment and onboarding. Francesca also gained experience in headhunting roles, serving as an SAP Headhunter at IQ ERP from 2012 to 2014 and as an International ERP Headhunter at BW Penman in 2014.
