Jeff Fray is the SVP at Gloo, a social media software company. Jeff has also served as a co-founder and consultant at Family Business Transitions, where they helped high net-worth family business owners develop long-range strategies and plans to successfully prepare the next generation to lead and steward the family business and resources. Prior to that, Jeff was the lead consultant on marriage and family strengthening initiatives at the WinShape Foundation, where they assisted in leveraging influence and resources to encourage organizations committed to healthy relationships, marriages, and families. Jeff also served as the chairman and director of Marriage CoMission from 2003 to 2010, an initiative that convened leaders and organizations in the marriage and family strengthening space, cultivated a culture of collaboration across participant organizations, and developed "co-mission" projects for participants. Jeff began their career as a captain on the S/V RiverWind before founding InCare, Inc., where they served as the senior psychologist for 12 years.

Jeff Fray received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Religion from LaGrange College. Jeff then went on to receive their Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Georgia State University. Finally, they received their Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
