Lucas Nagai

Lucas Nagai is an accomplished business leader and legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and strategic business management. Currently serving as Managing Director for GLORY in Brazil since May 2016, Lucas has full P&L responsibility and reports directly to the President of the Americas. Previous roles include General Counsel for GLORY in both the EU and LATAM, where responsibility encompassed legal affairs and compliance for various business segments. Prior to this, Lucas held positions including CommOps Manager at GE Power Conversion and Partner at Ecobras International, showcasing a strong background in risk management, business development, and legal compliance across Latin America and the EU. Lucas holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and multiple degrees including a JD in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and postgraduate studies in Mergers & Acquisitions from Goethe University Frankfurt.
