Emily Rausch

Emily Rausch has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emily began their career as a Graphic Design Assistant at Wichita State University in 2016. In 2017, they interned as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Midwest Single Source, where they managed communication channels and organized company events. Emily then worked as an Internet Acquisition Coordinator at CURO Financial Technologies Corp in 2018.

In 2020, Emily joined Paul Mitchell the School-Wichita, initially as a Front Desk Leader, where they managed appointments, inventory, and sales. Emily then became a Placement Specialist, guiding students in professional development and maintaining relationships with salons and barber shops. Emily also hosted career fairs and stayed in touch with graduates.

From 2021 to 2022, Emily worked as the Student Programs and Experience Manager at Flourish Salon Business Development. In this role, they oversaw a team that provided support to students through various channels and managed the online education platform.

Most recently, Emily joined GlossGenius in 2022 as a Customer Support Expert.
