Kelley Merwin

Kelley Merwin currently serves as an Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz since October 2021, after completing a summer associate position at the same firm in mid-2020. Previous professional experience includes roles as Director of Content Development at Ascendant Compliance Management and a position in the Legal & Regulatory Group at Bridgewater Associates. Kelley began a consulting career at Capco and held a summer analyst position at Syncarpha Capital. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management, respectively, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and English from Barnard College. Additional educational achievements include a Chinese Language Certificate from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and a high school diploma from The Hotchkiss School.
