William Porter

William Porter has a strong background in security engineering, with experience in offensive security, product security, and security consulting. William has worked as a Senior Product Security Engineer at GlossGenius since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Datto, Inc. as a Staff Offensive Security Engineer from 2020 to 2023. William has also worked as an Associate Instructor at the University of Central Florida and the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they taught courses on Python for Security and Ethical Hacking. In addition, they have experience as a Senior Security Consultant at Lodestone Security, a Software Developer at Candor and Tenex Developers, a Security Assurance Engineer and Software Engineer at FactSet, a Security Assurance Intern at FactSet, and a Software Engineering Intern at MITRE.
