The board of directors at Glossier has a lot of experience in the fashion and beauty industries. The founder, Emily Weiss, started her career as a styling assistant and fashion assistant at Vogue and W. She then went on to create the popular blog Into The Gloss, which was later turned into a beauty company, Glossier. Other members of the board include Kirsten Green, who is a General Partner at Thrive Capital, and John Zieser, who is the Director of Finance and Operations at H.J. Heinz Company.
