Federica Colagiovanni began their career at Booking.com in November 2019 as an EMEA recruiter. In this role, they specialized in recruiting customer service profiles, both local and international. Federica was responsible for managing a high volume of recruitment targets and sourcing candidates through different platforms. Federica was also responsible for conducting phone screenings and administering different tests, such as attitude, knowledge, role-plays, and competency-based interviews. In addition to their recruitment responsibilities, Federica also helped with employer branding initiatives, such as referral programs, open days, career fairs, and workshops.

In July 2020, Federica left Booking.com to join Glovo as a culture specialist and global onboarding expert. In this role, they are responsible for supporting new joiners during the onboarding process and working closely with HRBPs to solve all the HR needs of employees. Federica is also responsible for developing and implementing hiring strategies, analyzing data, and conducting benchmarking and mapping of key roles in the local market.

Federica Colagiovanni has a certification in Preparatory Class for the Italian Foreign Service Exam from Luiss Guido Carli University. Federica also has a Master's degree in International Relations from Luiss Guido Carli University. Furthermore, they did an Erasmus in International Relations and Affairs at Tilburg University.
