Joana Cruz

Joana Cruz is an accomplished user experience professional with extensive expertise in areas such as UX design, customer experience, user research, and information architecture. Currently serving as the Head of User Experience and Lead Product Designer at Glovo since July 2020, Joana previously held the position of Lead UX Designer at Kin + Carta from May 2017 to March 2020, and at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) from May 2013 to April 2017. Joana’s career also includes a role as a UX Designer at FIXR, where responsibilities encompassed user stories, wireframing, and development support. Educational accomplishments include a degree in Design from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and design studies at the Istituto Europeo di Design.
