Robbie Simpson

Robbie Simpson is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Glovo since July 2024. Prior to this role, Robbie held various positions at Wolt, including Global Head of Country Operations Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Lead, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing large teams to meet hiring goals across multiple regions. Robbie also worked at HelloFresh as Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for Frontend/Mobile and as Talent Acquisition Manager for Data, overseeing significant recruitment efforts. Earlier career experiences include roles at Talentful and Revolut as Talent Partner, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Plexus Resource Solutions. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from The University of Edinburgh, obtained in 2017.
