Kylie W. currently serves as the Associate Director of Operational Support & Strategy at Petfolk, having previously held the role of Senior Manager of Operational Support and Strategy. Prior experience includes various positions at Thrive Pet Healthcare from January 2016 to December 2023, such as Implementation & Audit Specialist, Vetspire and Communications Specialist, and Client Service Representative Manager. Additionally, Kylie worked as an After School Counselor and Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of the USA from April 2014 to January 2016 and as a Kennel Tech/Key Holder at Countryside Pet Resort Training and Event Center from March 2012 to April 2014. Kylie completed a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Phoenix in December 2023, and has also studied at Austin Community College, with a high school diploma from Georgetown High School, earned in 2014.
