Cynthia R.

Cynthia R. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 with a role as Counter Sales at Benefit Cosmetics. Cynthia then moved on to become an Arch Expert at Benefit Brow Bar Ulta Beauty in 2017, where they managed their time to exceed sales goals, provided guidance on beneficial products and services, and consistently exceeded customer satisfaction expectations. In 2020, Cynthia R. held two roles, Program Specialist at Covance and Field Sales and Skin Care Consultant at Shiseido. In their role at Covance, they utilized computer skills to create platforms for team to track metrics and organizational skills to prioritize tasks. At Shiseido, they worked with a team and independently to meet and exceed metrics and sales goals, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with the staff and management within their area, and educated and cultivated team members, peers and guests on products. In 2021, Cynthia R. held two roles, Field Sales and Skin Care Consultant at Exuviance and Glow Recipe. Finally, in 2022, Cynthia R. is currently working two roles, Field Sales Coulnsultant and Makeup Artist at NUDESTIX and Field Sales and Skin Care Consultant at Drunk Elephant. In their role at Drunk Elephant, they are ensuring that all knowledge of product and brand is current to ensure successful promotion of the company brand, evaluating ideal timeframes with high traffic in multiple locations to aid in exceeding sales goals, and conducting inventory evaluations and ensuring product displays are current to date.

Cynthia R. began their educational journey in 2016 when they attended Bellus Academy to obtain a Cosmetology degree. Cynthia graduated in 2017 and obtained a Cosmetologist, Aesthetician, and Nail Technologist license from the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology in April of that same year. In 2020, Cynthia R. began attending Southern New Hampshire University where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Cynthia is expected to graduate in 2024.
