Sarah Kauss

Sarah Kauss is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in board governance and community engagement. Currently serving as a board member and leading various committees at companies such as Glowforge, Thorne HealthTech, and Desenio AB, Sarah holds significant leadership roles in audit, compensation, and strategic oversight. Additionally, Sarah contributes as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and is a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute, focusing on values-centered leadership. As the founder and CEO of S'well from 2010 until 2023, Sarah has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and sustainability. Sarah earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business with a focus on Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
