Henriette Rozema is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry currently serving as Head of Global Manufacturing Science and Technology at Galapagos since April 2023, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for CAR-T process development and managing a global team of process engineers and technicians. Prior to this, Henriette held various leadership roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from September 2012 to April 2023, focusing on drug product process development, talent management, innovation initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
