Natalie Siegel

Natalie Siegel has over 16 years of work experience in the event management industry. Natalie currently holds the position of International Congress & Events Director at Galapagos, which they joined in March 2023. Prior to this, Natalie worked at Ashfield Event Experiences for 14 years, starting as an Account Coordinator in 2007 and rising through the ranks to become an Account Director in February 2019. Natalie'sresponsibilities in this role included managing profitable client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing a team. Natalie also held positions as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Project Manager during their time at Ashfield. Before joining Ashfield, they worked as a Congress Manager at Symposia Organizzazione Congressi Srl from August 2006 to November 2007.

Natalie Siegel attended the University of Amsterdam from 2006 to 2007, studying International Law. Prior to that, they studied International and Diplomatic Relationships at Università degli Studi di Genova from 2001 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, Natalie has a certification in Leadership Development Program from UDG Healthcare plc.
