Christa Bognet

Christa Bognet is an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager with a strong background in process optimization and supply chain management. Currently employed at GSO since April 2018, Christa focuses on designing systems and implementing processes to facilitate growth in service delivery and package volume. Prior experience includes managing operations for six OnTrac facilities in Southern California, where Christa contributed to strategy development and operational standards. As a Global Supply Chain Planner at Baxter Healthcare, Christa was responsible for demand fulfillment for drug therapy production. An MBA graduate from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Christa also held various engineering roles at FedEx Ground, where significant improvements in logistics and network performance were achieved. Previous experience includes project management at Bognet Inc. and consulting at Monticello Consulting Group. Christa holds a B.S. in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
