Jonathan Heuser

Jonathan Heuser is currently the Design & Marketing Lead at GLS, where Jonathan aims to revolutionize the consumer experience in sending, receiving, and returning parcels. Jonathan also leads the GLS/NXT Design Studio. Previously, Jonathan was the Product Design Lead at OWWN (formerly wajve) and a Design Fellow at On Deck. Jonathan has extensive experience as a Design Team Lead at Appinio and as the leading digital product designer at Geometry Global. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Design and has completed executive masterclasses in Service Design.
