Matias Xavier de Mello dos Santos

Matias Xavier de Mello dos Santos began their work experience as an Encargado de Auditoría at Grant Thornton Uruguay in 2010, where they remained until 2014. In 2015, Matias joined Glu Company as a Senior Financial Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Senior Manager Finance Accounting in June 2017, where they continue to work.

Matias Xavier de Mello dos Santos completed their education in a variety of fields and institutions. Starting in 2007, they attended Universidad de la República for six years, achieving a degree in Public Accounting. Matias then pursued a brief course at The College of Management Academic Studies in 2014, where they gained knowledge in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the field of Administration and Business Management. In the same year, they also undertook a program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on International Economics and the Spanish Crisis. Prior to their university studies, from 2005 to 2006, Santos completed their high school education at Colegio y Liceo Santa Teresa de Jesús, receiving a diploma in Bachillerato.
